Labels
We specialise in high-performance labelling solutions across a range of technologies and applications, delivering precision print quality and reliable adhesion every time. From In-Mould Labels (IML) to pressure-sensitive and heat transfer films, we work with you to identify the right label type, material, and finish for your specific product and environment, whether that's food-grade dairy tubs, industrial pails, or premium retail containers.
In-Mould Labelling (IML)
In-mould labelling is a pre-decorating technique used for both injection-moulded containers and blow-moulded bottles.
Pre-decoration refers to the application of a label to a container or bottle before it is filled with a product, allowing the label to become an integral part of the packaging.
The IML label appears as part of the container or bottle itself, creating a seamless no-label-look finish for a cleaner and more premium presentation.
IML offers photographic-quality branding and design flexibility, including 5-sided, U-shape, and top-to-bottom coverage for maximum visual impact.
By eliminating the need for secondary labelling processes, IML improves production efficiency while also adding structural stability to thin-walled containers and blow-moulded bottles.
We are the Australian channel partner for Mudrika Labels, an industry-proven partner for over 25 years, known for innovative, highly customised label and printing solutions. We support Australian plastic tub, pail, and rigid packaging manufacturers with high-quality, cost-effective label supply, particularly for businesses using or expanding into IML.
Heat transfer films
Heat transfer films provide a seamless, label-free appearance with near-360 ° decoration, creating a premium, durable finish. The process uses controlled heat and pressure to transfer graphics directly onto a surface, resulting in excellent adhesion, moisture resistance, and long-lasting print quality.
Suitable for containers ranging from small packs to large industrial pails, heat transfer printing delivers precise branding across a wide range of shapes and sizes. The decoration is recyclable with the container and resistant to squeezing, fading, and exposure to products while maintaining vibrant colour and high ink opacity.
